Crader Studios began with a simple idea:
A short list of good clothes beats a long list of nearly-right ones.
We sell clothing for men and women such as coats, knitwear, shirts and trousers, and we keep the collection unique. When something new comes in, something else goes out. That way nothing sits here just to fill a page.
Everything is chosen for how it feels to wear and how it holds up after a few washes, in colours that work with what you already own.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has shipped, delivery takes a further 6–10 business days (Monday to Friday), which means most orders arrive within 7–13 business days in total.
Orders placed after our 6:00 pm (UK time) cut-off, on weekends or on public holidays are processed the next business day. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and islands and other remote areas may take a little longer.
Shipping is free on every order across the UK, with no minimum purchase. Duties and import taxes are already included in the price, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Your item needs to be unworn and unused, with the tags still attached and in its original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Email us at info@craderstudios.com to start a return, please don't send anything back before we've confirmed it, as we can't accept unannounced returns.
There is no restocking fee. Return shipping is arranged and paid for by you. Our fulfilment warehouse is located overseas, so we'll confirm the correct return address in writing once your return has been approved.
Gift cards can't be returned.
There's a problem with my order - What should I do?
Email us at info@craderstudios.com as soon as you can, with a photo or a short video of the item and the packaging.
In these cases you'll receive a refund or a replacement, and you won't need to send anything back. The photo or video is all we need to sort it out for you.
Please check your order as soon as it arrives so we can act quickly.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also follow your parcel at any time on our Track Your Order page.
It can take up to 48 hours after shipping for the first tracking update to appear, so an empty tracking page in the first day or two is normal. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected window, email us and we'll chase it with the carrier for you.
Please note that we're unable to deliver to British Forces (BFPO) addresses, and we can't change a delivery address once an order has shipped.
Which payment methods do you accept, and is my payment secure?
We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Our checkout runs on 128-bit SSL encryption, which scrambles your details while they travel to us. You can see this yourself: look for the closed padlock in your browser and the "https" at the start of our web address.
We never see your full card number. Once your order is complete we can only see your billing and shipping details, your order and the last four digits of your card.

We're available Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (UK time), and we aim to reply to every message within 24 hours. There's no ticketing system and no call centre — if you write to us, one of us writes back.
If you're writing about an existing order, include your order number and we'll get to it faster.
How do I know which size to order?
A medium in one shop is a large in the next, so we don't ask you to trust the letter on the label. Almost every product page lists the measurements of the garment itself in centimetres: chest, length, shoulder, sleeve, waist. Along with a plain description of how the piece is cut: close, regular, relaxed or oversized.
The easiest way to use them: take something out of your own wardrobe that fits you the way you like, lay it flat, and measure across the chest and down the length. Compare those two numbers to ours.
